悦恩堂于1987年正式开始崇拜。第一次崇拜借用会友的住宿，人数共计21位。半年后，借用圣公会聚会地点。
1988年，崇拜与聚会地点搬迁至店屋三楼。
1995年， 申请布道所升为堂会，取名为「悦恩堂」（Lawas MethodistChurch）。
1996年，更换土地用途申请获得批准，并举行动土礼盖建教堂。
悦恩堂新圣堂于10.10.1999落成。Lawas MethodistChurch was established in1987.
