泗里奎卢勃港辟恩堂，是卫理公会在泗埠开荒之始，创立于1916年。
1917年建成圣堂，名“辟恩”，表示开荒布道之始，是由林宝真牧师命名。
1934年建造新圣堂，楼上为崇拜用途，楼下作为教室上课。
1955年建成新教堂。
1989年在实拉卓及荷万成立了布道站。
1994年，再建了新圣堂落成。
