在未正式成立平安堂(2003年)之前，新安堂于1996年在阿婆罗住宅区开始了青少年团契的福音事工，设立了阿婆罗布道中心。
2002年7月开始了主日崇拜，并被批准升为堂会，命名为平安堂。
2015年终于拥有自己的家，新教堂落成。
